For panel discussions the
online inscription for the lists of speakers opens on Monday, 17 February, at 4 p.m.
NHRIs and NGOS are also requested to inscribe online through their respective systems. For additional information on modalities and deadlines:

Speaking time is
1.5 minutes for all. Please also refer to announcements made in Room XX and through Sched and SMS alert.
The list of speakers for each panel discussion will be generated by the system based on the indicated priority and the time of inscription, thus allowing a broader representation of delegations participating in panel discussions over the course of the session. Please refer to the guidance note on the Extranet for further details.
The
lists of speakers will be made available on the Extranet the day before the debate or dialogue is scheduled to start and will be updated live.
