For panel discussions the online inscription for the lists of speakers opens on Monday, 17 February, at 4 p.m.

NHRIs and NGOS are also requested to inscribe online through their respective systems. For additional information on modalities and deadlines: https://www.ohchr.org/en/hr-bodies/hrc/ngo-nhri-info.

Speaking time is 1.5 minutes for all. Please also refer to announcements made in Room XX and through Sched and SMS alert.

Please refer to the guidance note on the Extranet for further details.

The lists of speakers will be made available on the Extranet the day before the debate or dialogue is scheduled to start and will be updated live.
